Mega-Net Software started by building operational systems for organisations that needed more than off-the-shelf software could offer — systems that had to be configured by the people actually running the business, not by a vendor on a support ticket queue.
Mega-Net EHR Cloud grew out of that same approach, applied to healthcare: patient management, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and reporting, brought into one platform that a hospital's own staff can run day to day — plus Financial Sentinel, built specifically because billing anomalies in healthcare settings are common, costly, and usually caught too late.
We're still a small, focused team. That's deliberate — it means the people who built the platform are also the people who answer your support messages.
A few things we don't compromise on.
Configurable, not custom-coded
Your staff should be able to add a ward, a tariff, or a role without waiting on us. Software that requires a developer for every small change doesn't scale with your facility.
Data isolation by default
Every client's data is separated at the database level. Not a promise in a privacy policy — enforced in the database itself.
Support that's actually reachable
In-app tickets and a direct WhatsApp line. If something's wrong, you shouldn't need to find a phone number buried in an old email.
